  • CONTACT FORM.

    Purpose: To provide a way for you to contact us and to respond to your requests for information, and to send you messages about our products, services and activities, including by electronic means, if you check the acceptance box.

    Lawful basis: The user’s consent on requesting information from us through our contact form and on checking the box to agree to being sent information.

    Retention period: Until the request submitted via our form has been dealt with or answered by email, if it has not led to further processing. If you have agreed to receive marketing messages, until you request to unsubscribe from them.

  • SENT BY EMAIL.

    Purpose: To respond to your requests for information, deal with your requests and answer your queries or questions.

    Lawful basis: The user’s consent when requesting information from us by email.

    Retention period: Until your request has been answered by email, if it has not led to further processing.

  • WHEN SENDING YOUR CV BY EMAIL.

    Purpose: To have your CV so that you can take part in our staff recruitment processes.

    Lawful basis: The user’s consent when sending us their personal information and CV for our staff recruitment processes.

    Retention period: During the course of ongoing recruitment processes and for 1 year for future processes.

  • SUBSCRIBING TO OUR NEWSLETTER.

    Purpose: To send you our commercial newsletter and information and marketing messages about our products or services that may interest you, including by electronic means.

    Lawful basis: The user’s consent on subscribing to our marketing messages and/or newsletters.

    Retention period: Until the data subject withdraws consent and unsubscribes from the service.

    Obligation to provide us with your personal data and consequences of failing to do so.

    You must be at least 14 years of age to provide personal data or, where applicable, have sufficient legal capacity to enter into a contract.
