Active Ingredients

GLYCOLIC ACID (Glycolic Acid): Mainly extracted from sugar cane. It penetrates deeply due its low molecular weight, working on one of the major problems of ageing, the slowing of the metabolism. Stimulates collagen production. Provides a depigmenting effect as it able to destroy the ties that bind the proteins involved in melanogenesis.

LACTIC ACID (Lactic Acid): It is extracted from dairy fermentation. It is an acid that penetrates slowly. Gets rid of dead cells, bringing brightness and strengthening the skin’s hydrolipidic barrier.

CITRIC ACID (Citric Acid): It is characterised by its astringent, exfoliating and regenerative properties. Improves the size of pores by eliminating accumulated dead skin cells which cause the pores to have that dilated effect. It also preserves the balance in the surface layers of the skin.

TARTARIC ACID (Tartaric Acid): It is mainly extracted from the fermentation of grapes. It increases acidity and regulates the pH, and by doing so it acts on the bacterial activity that is found on the surface layers of the epidermis. It has a powerful lightening effect, so it is especially effective at getting rid of blemishes and acne scars.
